Welcome to the NCSU Psychometrics Lab

Our lab group is currently working on research related to Psychometric issues. Current projects center on methods of assessing measurement equivalence and test bias. We also have several projects underway examining potential applications the Implicit Associations Test (IAT) for I/O Psychology.
