Admission Procedure
Application to the program involves completing two forms:
The first form is the graduate school application form that can be accessed at the NC State Graduate School Web site. Click here.
The second form is a personal statement for Industrial/Organizational Psychology which can be accessed at the NC State Psychology Department Web site. Make sure you get the Personal Statement for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (IO) because each Ph.D. program has a different form. Click here.
